Introduce

Product Description

FF- I is a kind of good drilling fluid additives which can be widely applied and has a lot of advantages. FF- I is a petroleum sulfonate made water soluble by a unique solvent media process. It contains high water soluble content and a certain amount of oil soluble content. Comparing to normal modified asphalt, FF- I contains more absorbing group, so it absorbing on the shale interface through electrical absorption, and shows reasonable anti-sloughing and filtration control property with lower temperature influence. Therefore, it can be applied in various water-base drilling fluids. The recommend dosage is 3.5 - 10.5 ppb.

Features

Dispersed in various water based drilling fluids, inhibit drilling cuts from dispersing and stabilize YP of mud.

Good sealing capacity, improve the mud cake quality and control the filtration loss under high temperature (up to 200 ℃) and high pressure condition.

High available content and low impurity comparing to other sulfonated asphalt products, so it is good to stabilize the borehole.

Reduce torque and drag, avoid pipe stuck.

Perform sealing agents in OBM.

No harm to oil and gas reservoir.

Package and Storage

They shall be packaged in 25kg multi-wall paper sacks. They shall be stored in a shady, dry, and ventilated place.

Safety

They shall be avoided contact with eyes, skins and clothes, otherwise flush it with water. Handling methods and dangerous data shall be referred to MSDS.
